Beethoven Lodge

Nestled on the Eastern side of the Dam, amongst the Magalies Mountains, Beethoven Lodge is conveniently situated within the scenic panorama of the Hartbeespoort Dam valley, just off the R511, only 35 minutes from Johannesburg & Pretoria, 10 minutes from Brits & 75 minutes from the Pilanesberg Game Reserve, Sun City & The Palace of the Lost City.

This picturesque establishment offers spacious & luxurious, bed and breakfast accommodation, for the discerning travelling businessman Also available are top class self catering chalets for the bas angler looking to get away for a well deserved break. The family will also thank you as they relax around the swimming pool with the sounds of nature.

Beethoven Lodge also has a choice of air-conditioned conference venues, one being a room for up to 25 persons and the other for conferences up to 40 persons.

The property is well secured with palisade fencing and an electric gate, and for our guests extra peace of mind, we also have a security guard patrolling the property at night.

Accommodation

Our spacious 80sq meter, 2-bedroom, 4 sleeper chalets (one double & two single beds) are fully equipped with towels, linen, crockery and cutlery as well as pots and pans.

Rooms

Our luxury B&B suites consist of a bedroom, small lounge & have bathrooms en-suite (all with showers, and some with baths), and are equipped with a Fridge, a Microwave, and have tea & coffee facilities as well.

Facilities

In the bedrooms and lounge there are ceiling fans for the warm summer days and the lounge has a fireplace for those cosy cool winter nights. All the suites are Air-Conditioned and have a TV with their own DStv decoder and remote controls, with 20 channels enabled as a Hotel Bouquet.

We are 1km from the main shopping centre, the medical centre and a garage, in Ifafi, and there are 7 Pubs & Restaurants within 3km of us, allowing our guests to enjoy a variety of different cuisines.

Directions

From Sandton:
Take the R511 (William Nicole) north past Monte Casino/Fourways & Diepsloot squatter camp, go under the R28 Krugersdorp/Pretoria highway, 2km later turn left at the sign "R511 Hartbeespoort". Approximately 30km later you get to a 4 way stop on the bridge over the N4 toll road, go straight on, 2km later you get a 3 way stop to the left with a garage on the right, keep on going straight, keep on with the R511, you go through 2 sets of traffic lights, then 2 more stop streets, then 500m later you get a 4 way stop. At the 4 way stop there is a “4-Ever Fresh” Grocer on the left and a Total Garage on the right, turn right here and we are 1.2km further up the road, on the right-hand side.

From Krugersdorp:
Travel north on the R28/N14 until the R512 Lanseria off-ramp.Turn left and go past Lanseria +/-20km until the "T" Junction. Turn right towards Pretoria(6.4km). Go past Pelindaba (robot here) and a further 2 km later there is a 3 way stop "N4 Toll". Turn left, go over the toll road and filter left at the "R511 Hartbeespoort" sign (500 meters), keep on with the R511, you go through 2 sets of traffic lights, then 2 more stop streets, then 500m later you get a 4 way stop. From Randburg:
Take the highway towards Lanseria Airport R512, go past Lanseria +/-20km until the "T" Junction. Turn right towards Pretoria(6.4km). At the end of the toll road turn right at the bridge and go over the end of the toll road. 500 meters later filter left at the "R511 Hartbeespoort" sign, keep on with the R511, you go through 2 sets of traffic lights, then 2 more stop streets, then 500m later you get a 4 way stop. At the 4 way stop there is a “4-Ever Fresh” Grocer on the left and a Total Garage on the right, turn right here and we are 1.2km further up the road, on the right-hand side.
